The Ulmer Quilter Return Policy

You have 14 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Call our toll free number 1-866-518-9096 to get a return authorization. You will be issued a credit for the item on your charge card that is on file for the purchase. Refunds will not be given for shipping/handling charges. The product must be in original condition and packaging. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only. The item must be returned in the original condition received. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
